Simple Gifts 01/01/14

One of my friends posted to Facebook a project called "A Jar Full of Blessings".  This series is based on that project, wherein you write down something that made you smile, and at the end of the year, you would open the jar, and read all of the blessings inside.  Since I'm a fan of the Shaker Hymn also known as "Simple Gifts", this will be the title of my virtual jar.  At the end of the year, I'll get to list all of the blessings I dropped onto the blog.  I'm going to try to find a blessing in every day.  Yes, I'm already a day behind.  What's cool about my jar is that I get to include pictures sometimes.  :)
