How can I not admire an organization that proposes a 15-point penalty for use of narration in a show, and a 25-point penalty for use of amplification?
If you're a drum corps fan like me, the last 2 proposals listed on this page are a beauty to behold.

Oh, and the reps from the other drum corps that keep proposing more and more crap to change the activity into something completely unrecognizable to the Drum Corps vets: shove off, already. Or at least make your proposals professional, and not written like an IM exchange. Gads.
